ORDINANCE NO. 99 2-, ' <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND APPROPRIATING $10, 000.00 <br /> TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of Urban <br /> Development Action Grant Reimbursement Funds and that the immediate <br /> needs of specific activities are met, appropriations to accounts are <br /> necessary. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $10, 000.00 is hereby appropriated from <br /> UDAG Fund (#410) to the accounts as set forth below. <br /> Project No. Description Amount <br /> UR93-002 Workforce Diversity Activity $10, 000 <br /> TOTAL $10, 000 <br /> SECTION II.
