ORDINANCE NO. 8,599- 93 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3517 EDISON ROAD <br /> IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I . Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance <br /> is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the <br /> zoning classification of the following described real estate in the <br /> City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br /> Lots Numbered Five ( 5 ) and Six (6 ) as shown on the recorded Plat of <br /> Edison Road Addition, recorded April 1, 1929, in the Office of the <br /> Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 13, page 46, <br /> together with the South Half (1/2) of the vacated alley lying North <br /> and adjacent to said lot, <br /> more commonly described as 3517 Edison Road, South Bend, Indiana. <br /> be and the same is hereby established as C-1 commercial zoning <br /> district, A height and area district. <br /> SECTION II .
