ORDINANCE NO. g y d 4-q 3 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $ 490,000.00 <br /> WITHIN VARIOUS ACCOUNTS OF THE WASTEWATER <br /> FUND FOR VARIOUS IMPROVEMENTS <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In order to meet existing and proposed demands,street widening projects, and to <br /> provide an efficient storm-sanitary sewer system, certain improvements are needed within <br /> the City of South Bend, Indiana. These improvement projects are Project # 9332- <br /> Twyckenham Storm-Sanitary Sewer Construction, and Project # 9307-Portage Storm- <br /> Sanitary Sewer Construction, for the actual construction of these sewers. These funds are <br /> available from the Wastewater Depreciation Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart <br /> from the Wastewater Fund for the projects in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO. LOCATION AMOUNT <br /> 9332 Twyckenham Sewer Construction $ 240,000.00 <br /> 9307 Portage Sewer Construction $ 250,000.00 <br /> Section II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage <br /> by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor. <br /> Member of t ommon Council <br />
