ORDINANCE NO. ‘-{ g <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $ 116,000.00 <br /> FROM AND AMONG THE CUMULATIVE SEWER <br /> BUILDING AND SINKING FUND FOR THE IRONWOOD <br /> WIDENING AND STORM-SANITARY SEWER PROJECT <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In the best interest of public health and safety it is necessary to design and construct <br /> various improvements. The primary consideration is Project # 9002 continued design of <br /> sewers, pavement and right-of-way acquisition for the widening of Ironwood Road from <br /> Ireland to Ewing. These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer Building and <br /> Sinking Fund. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart <br /> from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the project in the amount set <br /> forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO.
