from the revenues of the Waterworks, as described herein, along with the other payments identified in this Ordinance, is set forth in Ordinance No. 8305-92 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND ESTABLISHING A NEW SCHEDULE OF RATES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICES RENDERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND WATER WORKS AND THE AMENDING OF CHAPTER 17, ARTICLE 4, SECTIONS 17- 45, 17-46, 17-47, 17-48 OF THE SOUTH BEND MUNICIPAL CODE" adopted by the Common Council on October 12, 1992, as amended by Ordinance No. 8357-93 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND ESTABLISHING A NEW SCHEDULE OF RATES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICES RENDERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND WATER WORKS AND THE AMENDING OF CHAPTER 17, ARTICLE 4, SECTIONS 17- 45, 17-46, 17-47, 17-48 OF THE SOUTH BEND MUNICIPAL CODE" adopted by the Common Council on February 22, 1993 . Section 2. Validity of Remaining Provisions. All remaining terms and conditions of the Bond Ordinance not amended herein remain in full force and effect. Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Common Council and signing by the Mayor.
