ORDINANCE NO. x''4'/7- 93 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF SEVERAL DEPARTMENTS OF <br /> THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR THE <br /> FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1994, AND ENDING <br /> DECEMBER 31, 1994, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS <br /> AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME <br /> SHALL TAKE EFFECT <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> It is necessary to pass this Ordinance in order to <br /> appropriate monies to defray the expenses of several departments <br /> of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for 1994. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I. For the expenses of the Civil City Government, <br /> its various departments, funds, commissions, and institutions for <br /> the fiscal year ending December 31, 1994, the following sums of <br /> money, as set forth in the attached budget which is made a part <br /> hereof, are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the <br /> funds hereinafter named, and for the purposes hereinafter <br /> specified, subject to the laws governing the same. The sums <br /> herein appropriated shall be deemed to include all expenditures <br /> authorized to be made in said year, unless otherwise expressly <br /> stipulated or provided by the laws. <br /> SECTION II . For the fiscal year ending December 31, 1994, <br /> there is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund and from <br /> Funds other than the General Fund, of said City to wit: <br /> Park Maintenance Fund <br /> Motor Vehicle Highway Fund <br /> Fire Pension Fund <br /> Police Pension Fund <br /> Liability Insurance & Premium Reserve Fund <br /> Cumulative Capital Development Fund <br /> Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund <br /> Redevelopment District Bond Fund - (Stadium) <br /> Redevelopment Bond Fund (Studebaker) <br /> Self-Funded Employee Benefit Fund <br /> Central Services Fund <br /> E.M.S. Capital Improvement Fund <br /> SECTION III.
