East Milton Street from the east right-of-way line of South Fellows Street to the west right-of-way line of South Rush Street; b. The first east/west alley south of East Milton Street from the east right-of-way line of South Fellows Street to the west right-of-way line of South Rush Street; c. East Calvert Street from the east right-of-way line of South Fellows Street to the west right-of-way line of South Rush Street; d. The first east/west alley south of East Calvert Street from the east right-of-way line of South Fellows Street to the west right-of-way line of South Rush Street; e. East Bowman Street from the east right-of-way line of South Fellows Street to the west right-of-way line of South Rush Street; f.
