The minimum offering price is $94,900; the minimum development is 65,000 s.f. of building area; the designated use is commercial. Parcel C4 -30 at the corner of Washington and Michigan Streets is 35,000 s.f. The offering price is $115,750; the minimun development is 85,000 s.f.; the designated use is commercial. Coniie deration will be given based on the tot development and the amount of ret t and /or restaurant space included in development. Parcel C4 -46 at the corner of Jefferson and Michigan, known as the Shopper Park Free lot, is 41,000 s.f. The offering price is $138,000; the minimum development is 100,000 s.f. of commercial use and projects will be evaluated based on total square footage and the amount of ret it /restaurant space proposed. This completes the appraisal and offering of 11 Redevelopment -owned land in the dow town. Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded by Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 796 approving the fair re -use value of land in the South Bend Central Development Area. b.
