Ms. Matthews gave the staff <br />rep rt. <br />Parcel C4 -3 at the corner of Washington <br />and St. Joseph Street is 27,000 s.f. The <br />minimum offering price is $94,900; the <br />minimum development is 65,000 s.f. of <br />building area; the designated use is <br />commercial. <br />Parcel C4 -30 at the corner of Washington <br />and Michigan Streets is 35,000 s.f. The <br />offering price is $115,750; the minimun <br />development is 85,000 s.f.; the <br />designated use is commercial. <br />Coniie deration will be given based on the <br />tot development and the amount of <br />ret t and /or restaurant space included <br />in development. <br />Parcel C4 -46 at the corner of Jefferson <br />and Michigan, known as the Shopper Park <br />Free lot, is 41,000 s.f. The offering <br />price is $138,000; the minimum <br />development is 100,000 s.f. of commercial <br />use and projects will be evaluated based <br />on total square footage and the amount of <br />ret it /restaurant space proposed. <br />This completes the appraisal and offering <br />of 11 Redevelopment -owned land in the <br />dow town. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 796 <br />approving the fair re -use value of land <br />in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. <br />b.
