The Commission <br />proposes to rent the surface parking lot to <br />Ce ter City Associates for $1.00 per year <br />th ough December 1989. CCA plans to sublease <br />th lot to Holladay Corporation under the <br />sante lease arrangements except charging <br />$7,500.00 in rent. The income CCA receives <br />from the subletting of this lot may only be <br />US Ed to subsidize the expenses of the <br />Shoppers Park Free Lot unless otherwise <br />approved by the Executive Director of the <br />De tment of Redevelopment. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Conmission approved the lease with Center <br />City Associates, Inc. for parcel C9 -1. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Hurt noted with regret the resignations <br />of Loren Rooney and Marie Robison. He <br />expressed appreciation for their dedication <br />to the Department and for the fine work they <br />have done, wishing them success in their new <br />emiDlovRient. <br />8.
