Commission approval requested for a <br />Certificate of Completion for J & G Realty and <br />Insurance Company. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that J & G Realty, the <br />owner of the building being used by <br />Slut ky -Peltz Plumbing and Heating in Monroe <br />Park, has completed all the work required by <br />the Contract for Sale of Land. Mrs. Kolata <br />mentioned that she had toured the building and <br />it is very attractive. Slutsky -Peltz is <br />extremely pleased with their new location. <br />The Commissioners will be invited to tour the <br />building when they are completely settled. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by M3. Auburn, and unanimously carried, the <br />Co ' ssion approved the Certificate of <br />Comp etion for J & G Realty and Insurance <br />Com nv. <br />M-C <br />COMMISSION APPROVED CERTIFICATE <br />OF COMPLETION FOR J & G REALTY <br />AND INSURANCE CO. <br />
