Con <br />elopment Commission <br />- August 8, 1986 <br />(Cont.) <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 782 <br />approving the fair re -use value of land in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />g. Commission authorization requested to publish <br />Notice of Intended Sale of Disposition Parcels <br />No. 9 -1 and C9 -2 in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area with publication dates to be <br />August 15, 1986 and August 22, 1986, and <br />receipt of bids to be at 10:00 a.m. on <br />September 2, 1986. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Mr, Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized the request to publish <br />Notice of Intended Sale of Disposition Parcels <br />No. 9 -1 and C9 -2 in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area with publication dates to be <br />Augu t 15, 1986 and August 22, 1986, and <br />receipt of bids to be at 10:00 a.m. on <br />Sept r 2, 1986. <br />7. PROGRESSIREPORTS <br />Ms. Schwartz reported that the 1986 tax <br />increment bond closing will be on August 12th <br />at 12:00 noon at the office of Baker and <br />Daniels in Indianapolis. <br />Mr. Hunt reported that the skywalk <br />construction is expected to begin within three <br />weeks. Michigan Street Phase II bids will be <br />awarded possibly by early September. <br />8.
