Facility description <br />Honeywell International, Inc. Naphtha Recovery Well system and VOC Recovery Well system currently act as <br />water -table depression wells to control groundwater from migrating off -site. <br />There are four operating VOC Recovery Wells (EW-1-R, EW-2, EW-3, and EW-5-R) and three operating <br />Naphtha Recovery Wells (E3A, RWB16, and RWB23). <br />PART I - EFFLUENT LIMITATION <br />Sample Port and Collection Location <br />1. Sample monitoring is located at the Naphtha Recovery Well system and VOC Recovery Well <br />system. Samples are collected from spigots at each well. <br />2. Sample Sites EW-1-R, EW-2, EW-3, EW-5-R, E3A, RWB16, and RWB23 shall not exceed the <br />following effluent limitation: Any discharge of water or waste having a pH lower than 6.0 S.U. or <br />a pH higher than 11.0 S.U. is prohibited. Daily Maximum Limit means the maximum allowable discharge limit of a pollutant during <br />a calendar day or any 24-hour period that represents a calendar day.
