Also the <br />Depirtment of Public Works will handle the bid <br />pr ess and supervise construction. <br />It is understood that our services will <br />continue after conveyance of the property to <br />the Park Board. <br />As a part of our responsibilities the <br />Public Works department will approve all <br />plans, specifications and drawings associated <br />with the project. <br />If we can be of further assistance please <br />act me at your convenience. <br />Sincerely, <br />John E.
