The bidders warranty is <br />understood to include, whether stated in bidder's <br />warranty or not, the following coverage: <br />Failure of the lid to prevent rain water from entering <br />the container when in the closed position. <br />Damage to the container body, lid, or any component <br />YES / NO <br />parts through opening or closing the lid. <br />Failure of the lower lift bar from damage during <br />YES / NO <br />interface with lifters. <br />Failure of the body and lid to maintain their original <br />YES / NO <br />shape. <br />Damage or cracking of the container body through <br />YES / NO <br />normal operating conditions. <br />Failure of the wheels to provide continuous, easy <br />YES / NO <br />mobility, as originally designed. <br />Failure of any part to conform to minimum standards <br />YES / NO <br />as specified herein. <br />If bidder is owned by another business entity, then the <br />YES / NO <br />owning entity must also accept full financial <br />responsibility for the warranty of the bidder.
