The combined <br />contract totalling $35,000 could be spent in <br />eit1ier the Rum Village Industrial Park or <br />Studebaker Corridor areas. The type of work <br />to be performed could be preliminary work for <br />a larger project in those areas such as <br />sur7eys, appraisals, title work, etc. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that Item 6b extends the Rum <br />Vil age Industrial Park activity through the <br />end of April 1986. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Comnission approved Addendum II of a contract <br />wi Community Development for Rum Village <br />Industrial Park Development Activity <br />(CD 5 -606). <br />999kission approval requested for Addendum II <br />of contract with Community Development for <br />Mrs Kolata explained this combines the <br />contracts for Studebaker Corridor and Rum <br />Village development activity and will run <br />through December 31, 1986. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />CorarLission approved Addendum II of a contract <br />with Community Development for Studebaker <br />Corridor/Rum.
