Ms. Matthews pointed out the MARCH 24, 1986 FOR PARCEL parcel on a map and identified it as the E2 -15 WITHIN THE SOUTH BEND former Crescent Electric site at the corner of CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA Colfax and Niles Avenue. A proposal was received from Robert V. Bat east. His offering price was $169,250.00 which is the minimum offering price. The project cost is estimated at $2.2 - 2.3 million. The project would be for a health and lifestyle center for Memorial Health Systems, Inc., consisting of a two story, 32,000 square foot building, and approximately 66 parking spaces. The building would be located at the northwest corner of the intersection with parking north of the building. The exterior materials would be metal curtain wall panels, face brick and tinted glass. The projected completion date is December 1986. A sketch of the proposed project was distributed. -5-
