Corbtinued... <br />Mr Hunt noted that the contractor, J.M.A. <br />Pr perties, is also the owner of the property. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved a bid and loan in <br />connection with the Rental Rehab Loan Program <br />as listed above. <br />c. Bailey <br />Acquisition <br />COMMISSION APPROVED A BID <br />AND LOAN IN CONNECTION WITH <br />THE RENTAL REHAB LOAN PROGRAM <br />AS LISTED ABOVE <br />514 S. William Street <br />507 S. William Street <br />504 S. Taylor Street <br />Hunt explained that these temporary leases <br />on a month -to -month basis within the <br />nley Coveleski Stadium Project area. The <br />mission presently own these properties, and <br />tenants or homeowners have signed the <br />ses. The rent payments will begin May 1, <br />6, and the staff anticipates that most of <br />tenants will be relocated before that <br />e. The tenant is responsible for <br />ntenance of the premises until they are <br />ocated. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Conimission approved temporary leases in <br />conjunction with acquisition within the South <br />Be rd Central Development Area. <br />d. Report on bid opening of March 10, 1986. <br />Mr. Hunt reported that the March 10, 1986 bid <br />opening was for Parcels E9 -11, E3 -3a and E3 -4a <br />within the East Bank project area. <br />Ms. Matthews gave the following staff report <br />on the bid opening. One bid was received from <br />Mill Race Apartments, which is a partnership <br />coiTprised of Richard R. Blank and H. Eugene <br />Co rd. The offering price for the combined <br />102 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED TEMPORARY <br />LEASES IN CONJUNCTION WITH <br />ACQUISITION WITHIN THE SOUTH <br />BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
