CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING MARCH 17, 2020 A <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />March 17, 2020 by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik with Board Members Therese Dorau and <br />Joseph Molnar present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member Jordan Gathers were <br />absent. Clerk of the Board Linda Martin was absent. Ms. Laura Hensley, Engineering, was present <br />in her place. <br />The meeting was held in the 131h Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Dorau stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully <br />supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and <br />the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Dorau stated <br />the following claim was submitted to the Board for qnnroval• <br />Name <br />Amount of Claim <br />Date <br />City of South Bend <br />$44,034.80 <br />02/29/2020 <br />City of South Bend <br />$1,445,830.85 <br />03/17/2020 <br />U.S. Bank National Assoc.; U.S. Bancorp Government <br />Leasing; McCann Industries; Requisition No. 25 <br />$101,400 <br />03/11/2020 <br />Therefore, Ms. Dorau made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claim be approved <br />as submitted. Ms. Maradik seconded the motion, which carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, <br />seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:02 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Gary A Gilo t, President <br />Elizabeth A.
