Taylor Street would be in the amount of <br />$80.00 per month and $44.50 per month for 510 <br />S. Rilliam Street. The rents are established <br />bas on the Property Management Policy <br />previously approved by the Commission. Rents <br />are established either on the basis of 1% of <br />the purchase price or the previous rent the <br />tenant was paying.
