These monies <br /> represent a Specific Bequest made by the Robert J. Fitch <br /> Revocable Inter Vivos Trust. <br /> The specifications for the use of these monies explicitly state <br /> for the use of the Potawatomi Zoo for capital improvements only. <br /> The Potawatomi Zoo has selected to purchase a Gunite Spray <br /> Machine. Attached is a copy of a letter from Mr . Charles F. <br /> Nelson, Vice President for Norwest Banks. In his letter , Mr . <br /> Nelson does authorize this purchase as qualifying for the use of <br /> the trust monies. <br /> On behalf of the Potawatomi Zoo, City of South Bend Park <br /> Department, we are asking the Common Council for their favorable <br /> consideration to appropriate these funds.
