At its <br /> meeting of October 25, 1993, the Board of Park Commissioners approved <br /> an increase to the various user fees associated with the use of the <br /> Howard Park Ice Rink. It is the desire of the Park Board that those <br /> funds collected by the Park Department representing the increase in <br /> these fees be deposited into the fund proposed to be created in order <br /> to fund capital improvements to the Howard Park Ice Rink.
