Cleveland <br />Mr. Hunt explained that Mr. Leffel will be the <br />general contractor for the project and has <br />qualified under the Bureau of Housing <br />contractor requirements. The project includes <br />a 5,000 loan for 41% of the project cost from <br />th Federal Rental Rehab project. The other <br />59 of the project cost will be covered by <br />pr ' vate financing. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Conmission approved bids and loans in <br />connection with the Rental Rehab Loan Program <br />as listed above. <br />c.
