Conmission approval requested fora proposal <br />and loan in connection with the Affordable <br />Loat Program in accordance with the <br />rec mmendation from the Bureau of Housina. <br />Contractor <br />Bonmie Rae Martsolf Hanks Enterprisee <br />927 E. Sorin <br />Mr. Hunt noted that at the time this proposal <br />c before the Commission the owner was under <br />land contract. Since that time a mortgage has <br />been obtained from 1st Source Bank and it is <br />no 'Longer under land contract. <br />Upoh a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />ComrLission approved a proposal and loan in <br />corniection with the Affordable Loan Program in <br />accordance with the recommendation from the <br />Bur au of Housing as listed above. <br />6. New Business <br />a.
