Joellen Wrobel stated that she spoke with neighbors on the issue of a beer /wine ense and found that the neighbors would erally be in favor of on -site premises sale beer and wine but had some concern about ing carry out sales. Ms. Wrobel asked what onial Food Service's intention was on this Janda stated that if the community felt at wasn't the place for a carry out liquor license, they would not go for it. He stated at they wanted a community meeting place not a ana -out. . Wrobel stated that as she spoke to the ighborhood they were very much in favor of lonial's plan. However, the neighbors pressed their interest in the sale of oceries in the area. Ms. Wrobel asked what lonial would be selling if they were awarded e bid. . Janda stated that right now they are looking at limited groceries such as meats, cheeses, breads, etc. Because of the limited amount of space they would like to serve or-premise as well as off - premise carry outs. There would be a limited variety of carry out i tems. They are looking at carrying some frozen entrees. They are concerned with customer wants and wishes and would have periodic surveys. They would be flexible enough to change the items carried to meet the n eds of both the residential and industrial c mmunity.
