Mr. Brademas also <br />ibmitted a pre- application to the Bureau of <br />>uisng for rehab of the upstairs of the <br />zilding subject to the idea that he may be <br />elected for the project. He followed that up <br />_th an itemized breakdown of the rehab. He <br />_so submitted a bid with the Board of Public <br />)rks to purchase the city -owned lot next door <br />the L. Keen building. Mr. Brademas had <br />_anned to pave and.light the vacant lot and <br />_ght have used it for entertainment purposes <br />iat would serve the neighborhood in the <br />miner time.
