Mr. Brademas also ibmitted a pre- application to the Bureau of >uisng for rehab of the upstairs of the zilding subject to the idea that he may be elected for the project. He followed that up _th an itemized breakdown of the rehab. He _so submitted a bid with the Board of Public )rks to purchase the city -owned lot next door the L. Keen building. Mr. Brademas had _anned to pave and.light the vacant lot and _ght have used it for entertainment purposes iat would serve the neighborhood in the miner time.
