• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3 /o9 -9 V <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE 4400 BLOCK OF WEST <br /> WESTERN AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SEcnoN I.
