The <br /> Coveleski Improvement Fund (Fund No. 401) was established for the <br /> purpose of funding capital improvements to the Coveleski Regional <br /> Stadium. The. Park Department Superintendent has developed and <br /> presented a plan for development and improvement of the Stadium, <br /> which plan budgets $100,000 for capital improvements to be made <br /> to the Stadium in 1994. 1994 capital improvements include <br /> interior and exterior painting, carpeting of locker room areas, <br /> installation of back flow valves, cleaning and sealing of <br /> concrete, seat repairs, and the purchase of a top dresser for <br /> field maintenance. <br /> Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. <br /> The Council' s favorable consideration is respectfully requested. <br /> Sincerely,/ • <br /> Richard A.
