The Certificates of Waivers <br />should be taken care of every year. The <br />Wai ers presented to the Commission today had <br />not been done in previous years and would be <br />britiging the applicants up to date. <br />Upo a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />Comnission approved Certificates of Waivers in <br />co ection with the Rehabilitation Grant <br />of property from <br />for <br />Inc. to Richard D. <br />er and for sublease of property f <br />nique Inc. to Richard D. Sheffer. <br />Ms. Schwartz explained that this was a series <br />of technical changes concerning a vacant lot <br />that was sold to Communique Inc. and sublease <br />of property leased by the Commission to <br />Co unique Inc. The original agreements were <br />ent red into with Communique Inc. under which <br />Sheffer Advertising operates. Communique Inc. <br />has requested permission of the Commission to <br />tr sfer by quit -claim deed the property to <br />Ric and D.
