Kenwood <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />Conwission approved proposals and grants in <br />connection with the Emergency Repair Program <br />as listed above. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />authc>rization to petition for vacation of <br />Hydraulic Avenue within the East Bank <br />Deve o nt Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Hydraulic Avenue <br />bise is the property purchased by <br />Redevelopment commonly referred to as the Mill <br />Race site. This petition would request the <br />CommDn Council to vacate the right of way. <br />The Redevelopment Commission is the only <br />propDrty owner in the area. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized the staff to petition <br />for acation of Hydraulic Avenue within the <br />East Bank Development Area. <br />c.
