South Bend edevelopment Commission <br />Annual Orga izational Meeting - January 2, 1985 <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />4. <br />VICE - PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Piasecki nominated Ms. Paula Auburn to <br />serve as Vice - President of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho. There being no <br />further nominations, and the vote being <br />unanimo s, Ms. Auburn was elected <br />Vice -Pr sident of the Commission for 1985. <br />Mr. Don ho nominated Mr. Roman Piasecki to <br />serve as Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The motion was <br />secondel by Ms. Auburn. There being no <br />further nominations, and the vote being <br />unanimo s, Mr. Piasecki was elected Secretary <br />of the ComTiission for 1985. <br />SECRETARY <br />Ms. Auburn nominated Mr. Michael Donoho to <br />serve as Assistant Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Piasecki. There being no <br />further nominations, and the vote being <br />unanimo s, Mr. Donoho was elected Assistant <br />Secretary of the Commission for 1985. <br />After * election of officers, Ms. Auburn <br />resumedlthe Chair. <br />APPOINTMENT OF LEGAL COUNSEL AND STAFF <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />following legal counsel and staff members were <br />reappointed for 1985: Eugenia Schwartz, Legal <br />Counsel Jon Hunt, Ann Kolata, Don Inks, Janet <br />Holston Jeff Rush, Herman Lee, Rick Pitts, <br />Jim Bix er, Kestutis Pocius, Gretchen <br />Matthew , Hedy Robinson, Loren Rooney, Luann <br />McMorri , Denise Sullivan, Fines Mosby, Ruth <br />Tate. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />Resolution No. 726 setting the maximum <br />salaries for staff according to position was <br />passed. <br />-2- <br />MS.
