Rush <br />Upor a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Cormission approved Homesteading Agreements as <br />listed above. <br />c. Conyission approval requested for Resolution <br />No. 720 approving an application for real <br />pLoEerty tax deduction. <br />Mr. Hunt stated that Resolution No. 720 would <br />approve an application for PAI Properties <br />which leases property and machine equipment to <br />Pla t Ad in Monroe Park. PAI Properties is <br />goi g through an expansion of approximately <br />20,000 s.f. The property falls within a Tax <br />Incremental Finance Area therefore the <br />application needs a recommendation from the <br />Cormission prior to Council approval. <br />Ms. Robinson presented the staff report. The <br />proFerty is located at 710 S. Rush Street. <br />The project will create an estimate of 20 new <br />additional jobs with the potential of 80 new <br />additional jobs. The total estimated project <br />cos is $530,000 with the equipment and <br />per onal property. <br />It vas noted for the record that Ms. Auburn <br />didlnot vote due to a conflict of interest. <br />Upor a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Cormission approved Resolution No. 720 <br />approving an application for real property tax <br />deduction. <br />-4- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED <br />HOMESTEADING AGREEMENTS <br />AS LISTED ABOVE <br />COMMISSION APPROVED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 720 APPROVING <br />AN APPLICATION FOR REAL <br />PROPERTY TAX DEDUCTION <br />
