William, for a loan in the <br />amount of $9,600, and a proposal in the amount <br />of 16,700; Gary & Linda King, 730 N. Hill, <br />for a loan in the amount of $11,850, and a <br />proposal in the amount of $15,378; Armie <br />Powell, 730 E. Broadway, for a loan in the <br />amount of $ 4,950, and a proposal in the <br />amount of $ 9,410; Bennie & Earnestine Love, <br />1724 Oliver Street, for a loan in the amount <br />of $14,300, and a proposal in the amount of <br />$27,488; and Florence Smith, 1440 E. Bowman, <br />for a loan in the amount of $9,350, and a <br />proposal in the amount of $17,890. <br />Ms. kuburn noted for the record the good job <br />done by the Bureau of Housing inspectors on <br />bid estimates, and how helpful they are to the <br />Comissioners when comparing them to the <br />contractors' estimates.
