Engle <br />Construction was the second lowest bidder for <br />1225 E. Bissell due to Jurtin Construction <br />being at the capacity allowed by Bureau of <br />Housing guidelines. Mr. Hunt also noted that <br />Jurtin Construction was the second lowest <br />bidder for 514 N. Birdsell due to Hank <br />Enterprise being at capacity. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Donaldson and unanimously carried, <br />prcposals and loans in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program were approved for <br />Pauline S. Payne, 1913 S. St. Joseph, for a <br />pr sal in the amount of $10,898.00 and a <br />loan in the amount of $5,750.00; Bernyce <br />Sweet, 1225 E. Bissell, for a proposal in the <br />am cunt of $16,527.00 and a loan in the amount <br />of $8,650.00; Ray and Rebecca Walls, 1711 W. <br />Sawple, for a proposal in the amount of <br />$17,446.00 and a loan in the amount of <br />$9,100.00; Gladys Hoffman, 602 S. Grant, for a <br />pr sal in the amount of $14,999.00 and a <br />loan in the amount of $7,850.00; Georgia Cloy, <br />514 N. Birdsell, for a proposal in the amount <br />of $17,357.00 and a loan in the amount of <br />$9,050.00; Earnestine Bridgeman, 1209 W. <br />Thcmas, for a proposal in the amount of <br />$23,944.00 and a loan in the amount of <br />$12,150.00; and, King and Bissie Eppinger, <br />1012 W.
