NEW <br />e. <br />f. <br />end <br />Redevelopment Commission <br />Me <br />ting - June 29, 1984 <br />BUSINESS <br />( font . ) <br />Continued... <br />Mr. <br />Hunt explained that this is part of Parce <br />4-E4 <br />and a vacated alley that abutts property <br />fo <br />the proposed Teachers Credit Union <br />pr <br />ject. The parcel is approximately 4,636 <br />square <br />feet, its re -use valuation is $9,750, <br />and <br />the proposed re -use is commercial. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. <br />Donaldson and unanimously carried, <br />Resolution <br />No. 711 approving the fair re -use <br />value <br />of land in the Central Downtown Urban <br />Renewal <br />Area was approved. <br />Conmission <br />authorization recgested to publish <br />a Notice <br />of Intended Sale of Part of Parcel <br />4-E4 <br />and a vacated alley in the Central <br />Downtown <br />Urban Renewal Area, R -66, with <br />pullication <br />dates to be July 6 and July 13, <br />19E4 <br />and receipt of bids to be at 10:00 a.m. <br />on <br />July 23, 1984. <br />Kolata explained that the piece of land <br />Mrs. <br />is <br />approximately 35' wide.
