Co ssion approval requested for a <br />and grant in connection with the Finer, <br />pair Program in accordance with the <br />cmnendation from the Bureau of Housinc <br />Contractor <br />11 <br />Johanna Beaver Plaia Construction Co. <br />201, E. Calvert <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, a proposal <br />and grant in connection with the Emergency <br />Repair Program was approved for Johanna <br />Beaver, 201 E. Calvert, in the amount of <br />$1,108.00. <br />b. Codmission approval requested for a proposal <br />in connection with the Monroe-Sample Loan <br />Program in accordance with the recommendation <br />from the Bureau of Housing. <br />Name Contractor <br />Ge rgiana Jamison V.V Engle Construction Co. <br />64 E. Bronson <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this was a clean -up <br />co tract for concrete work not completed by <br />Wo kmasters, the previous contractor. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, a <br />proposal in connection with the Monroe- Sample <br />Loan Program was approved for Georgiana <br />JanLison, 643 E. Bronson, in the amount of <br />$2,592.00. <br />c.
