Dubail <br />Elsie Kovachevich Braunsdorf, Inc. <br />826 Diamond Avenue <br />Upom a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />proposals and grants in connection with the <br />Emergency Repair Program were approved for <br />Stella Lee, 713 N. Allen, in the amount of <br />$70-5.00; Eulette Franklin, 717 E. Dubail, in <br />the amount of $1,500.00; and Elsie <br />Kov chevich, 826 Diamond Avenue, in the amount <br />of 1480.00. <br />Conmission approval requested fora proposal <br />in connection with the Section 312 Loan <br />Pr ram in accordance with the recommendation <br />fron.the Bureau of Housing. <br />Contractor <br />Bea rice Milton Cannady Tree Service <br />448 S. Chicago <br />Ms. Holston explained that the Section 312 <br />Loan Program includes certain property <br />improvements that would not necessarily be <br />included in any of the other Bureau of Housing <br />programs. In this case there was additional <br />mon y left over in the loan after the repairs <br />were made to the home, and the hcmeowner <br />regiested that scene trees be removed due to <br />their proximity to the house. <br />-4- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED PROPOSALS'' <br />AND GRANTS IN CONNECTION WITH <br />THE EMERGENCY REPAIR PROGRAM <br />FOR STELLA LEE, 713 N.
