Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />Resolution No. 702 authorizing the Commission <br />to petition the Portage Township Assessor for <br />reas essment of the property in the "Central <br />Downtown Urban Renewal Amended Allocation Area <br />No. " was approved. <br />Ccmrussion approval requested to enter into an <br />Agre ent for Professional Services with <br />Hurt - Kenrick & Associates, Architects, for <br />architectural renderings, illustrations and <br />associated services for the East Bank <br />Deve o ent Area General Plan and publications <br />associated with marketing of the plan and <br />area. <br />Mr. Hunt explained that this contract would be <br />cappEd at $5,000. Hurtt- Kenrick & Associates <br />will be working with the staff and Hendershott <br />& Associates for the general plan and <br />mark ting document for the East Bank <br />Development project. He stated that services <br />under this agreement shall be completed by <br />March 30, 1984. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donaldson.and unanimously carried, an <br />Agreement for Professional Services with <br />Hurtt Kenrick & Associates, Architects, for <br />architectural renderings, illustrations and <br />associated services for the East Bank <br />Development Area General Plan and publications <br />associated with marketing of the plan and area <br />was approved. <br />Commission approval requested for proposals <br />and grants in connection with the Finer en <br />Repai Program in accordance with the <br />recomnendation from the Bureau of Housing. <br />-9- <br />RESOLUTION NO.
