White, Inc. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />proposals and grants in connection with the <br />Emergency Repair Program were approved for Lee <br />Charles and Lessie Nelson, 1805 Fassnacht, in <br />the Emount of $886.98; Clara L. Brooks, 410 <br />Melk s Court, in the amount of $1,084.00; and <br />Blan a Garcia, 502 S. Grant, in the amount of <br />$52. 50. <br />7. PROGRESSIREPORT <br />Mr. Hunt distributed a memo to the Commissioners <br />from Ms. Janet Holston, Director of the Bureau of <br />Housing, outlining the publicity effort that will <br />be conducted for the housing programs offered by <br />the Bureau of Housing. <br />8. NEXT C014NLISSION MEETING <br />The next Regular Meeting of the Commission will be <br />held on Friday, March 9, 1984 at 10:00 a.m. <br />9. ADJO <br />There being no further business to come before the <br />Coninissicn, Mr. Donaldson made a motion that the <br />meeting be adjourned.
