Cormission approval requested for Resolution <br />No. 695 approving the fair re -use value of <br />lane in the Central Downtown Urban Renewal <br />Are . <br />f. <br />Mr. Hunt explained that Parcel 2 -6c is located <br />immediately behind the Sonneborn building on <br />Colfax Avenue.
