South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Annual Ora ni:.zational Meeting - January 3, 1984 <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS (Cont.) <br />Ms. Auturn nominated Mr. F. Jay Nimtz to serve <br />as President of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. The motion was seconded by Mr. <br />Piasecki. There being no further nominations, <br />and the vote being unanimous, Mr. Nimtz was <br />electe President of the Commission for 1984. <br />VICE- <br />Mr. Ninitz nominated Ms. Paula Auburn to serve <br />as Vic - President of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Piasecki. There being no <br />further nominations, the vote being unanimous, <br />Ms. Auburn was elected Vice - President of the <br />Commis ion for 1984. <br />Mr. Piasecki nominated Mr. A. Peter Donaldson <br />to serve as Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Nimtz. There being no further <br />nominations, and the vote being unanimous, Mr. <br />Donald on was elected Secretary of the <br />Commis ion for 1984. <br />ASSIST70T SECRETARY <br />Mr. Do oho nominated Mr. Roman Piasecki to <br />serve as Assistant Secretary to the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The motion was <br />seconded by Ms. Auburn. There being no further <br />nominations, and the vote being unanimous, Mr. <br />Piasecld was elected Assistant Secretary for <br />the Coiimission for 1984. <br />After the election of officers, Mr. Nimtz <br />resumed the Chair. <br />4. APPOINOENT OF LEGAL COUNSEL AND STAFF <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />following staff members were reappointed for <br />1984: Jon Hunt, Ann Kolata, Kevin Horton, <br />Richard Carey, Herman Lee, Rick Pitts, Jeff <br />Rush, edy Robinson, Luann McMorris, <br />-2- <br />MR.
