(f) Physical changes at replacement location <br />of business, farm or nonprofit <br />organization; or <br />(g) Any additional expense of a business, <br />farm , or nonprofit organization <br />incurred because of operating in a new <br />location, or , <br />(h) Personal inquiry; or <br />(i) Any legal fee or other cost for <br />preparing a claim for a relocation <br />payment or for representing the claimant <br />before the State agency or HUD; or <br />(j) Expenses for searching for a replacement <br />business. <br />2. Fixed Payment for Moving <br />a. The fixed payment and related expenses <br />of a displaced business or farm <br />operation that meets the applicable <br />requirements, is an amount equal to its <br />average annual net earnings. Payment <br />shall not be less than $2,500 nor more <br />than $10,000. A nonprofit organization <br />is entitled to a payment of $2,500. <br />12/15/83 <br />
