Cmmission approval requested to amend <br />oclaimer Certificate No. 4 for the East Bank <br />5evelopment Area. <br />. Hunt explained that since the approval of <br />oclaimer_Certificate No. 4 we have received <br />amended immovable fixtures appraisal for <br />Parcel 1 -4. <br />:)n a motion made by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />. Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />claimer Certificate No. 4 was amended. <br />Mr. H t stated that bids were received on <br />Septerber 6, 1983 for Disposition Parcels 3 -4 <br />and part of 3 -3 in the East Bank Development <br />Area and Disposition Parcel 8 -1 in the Central <br />Downt Urban Renewal Area (Indiana R -66). <br />Mrs. olata stated that we received one bid <br />for Parcel 8 -1 in the Central Downtown Urban <br />Renewal Area (Indiana R -66) from Studebaker <br />Plaza Associates for $142,040.80. She noted <br />that e parcel size is 80,705 square feet and <br />that e'bid did meet the minimum bid price of <br />$141, 25. <br />Mrs, olata stated that we also received one <br />bid f r Parcels 3 -4 and part of 3 -3 in the <br />EastBank Development Area from Joseph G. <br />Donloi in the amount of $93,333.33.
