Area. <br />Mr. Hunt explained that Proclaimer Certificate <br />No. 5 would establish the fair market value <br />for Parcel 4 -2 in the Monroe Sample <br />Dev lopment Area. <br />Upoa a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />Problaimer Certificate No. 5 in the Monroe <br />S le Development Area was approved. <br />There wore no progress reports. <br />9. Next C ssion Meeting <br />The next regularly scheduled meeting will be <br />held on Friday, September 9, 1983 at 10:00 <br />a.m. <br />10.
