Public Hearing on the Monroe Sample PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />Development Area with respect to confirming RESOLUTION NO. 688 <br />Res lution No. 682 and approval of Commission <br />Res lution No. 688. <br />Mr. Hunt presented the Commission with the <br />following items and asked that they be entered <br />int the record: <br />1. An original of the Notice of Public Hearing of <br />the Monroe Sample Development Area. <br />2. An affidavit of Darlene Page, Credit Manager <br />of the South Bend Tribune, that Notice of <br />Public Hearing was published in the daily <br />newspaper on August 12, 1983. <br />3. An Affidavit of Steve Kollar, owner of the <br />Tri- County News that Notice of Public Hearing <br />was published in that weekly newspaper on <br />August 12, 1983. <br />4. An affidavit of Hedy L. Robinson that a Notice <br />of Public Hearing was delivered to Sharon Roth <br />of the Area Plan Commission, Mary Rose Putz of <br />the Board of Public Works, Betty Burch of the <br />Board of Zoning Appeals, Paul Roelke, Building <br />Commissioner, and Florence Brown of the Park <br />Department on August 16, 1983. A copy of the <br />Notice was posted on the Bulletin Board of the <br />Board of Public Works, 13th Floor of the <br />County -City Building, on August 16, 1983. <br />5. An original of the Area Plan Commission's <br />Resolution No. 75, which deals with the <br />subject of the Public Hearing. <br />6. A Certified copy of Resolution No. 1083 -83 of <br />the Common Council of the City of South Bend <br />relative to the subject of the Public <br />Hearing. <br />7. A copy of Resolution No. 682 of the <br />Redevelopment Commission with a copy of the <br />amended pages of the Development Plan <br />attached. <br />-3- <br />
