redemption dates which, at the option of the Holder of those obligations, shall be not later than <br /> the date or dates at which moneys will be required for the purposes described above. To the <br /> extent that any income or interest earned by, or increment to, the investments held under this <br /> Section is determined from time to time by the Trustee to be in excess of the amount required to <br /> be held by the Trustee for the purposes of this Section, that income, interest or increment shall be <br /> transferred at the time of that determination in the manner provided in Section 5.09 hereof for <br /> transfers of amounts remaining in the Bond Fund. <br /> If any Bonds shall be deemed paid and discharged pursuant to this Section 9.02, then <br /> within 15 days after such Bonds are so deemed paid and discharged the Trustee shall cause a <br /> written notice to be given to each Holder as shown on the Register on the date on which such <br /> Bonds are deemed paid and discharged. Such notice shall state the numbers of the Bonds <br /> deemed paid and discharged or state that all Bonds are deemed paid and discharged, and shall set <br /> forth a description of the obligations held pursuant to subparagraph (b) of the first paragraph of <br /> this Section 9.02. <br /> Section 9.03. Survival of Certain Provisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any <br /> provisions of the Bond Resolution and this Indenture which relate to the maturity of Bonds, <br /> interest payments and dates thereof, exchange, transfer and registration of Bonds, replacement of <br /> mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Bonds, the safekeeping and cancellation of Bonds, <br /> non-presentment of Bonds, the holding of moneys in trust, and repayments to the Borrower from <br /> the Bond Fund, the rebate of moneys to the United States in accordance with Section 5.10 hereof, <br /> and the rights and duties of the Trustee and the Registrar in connection with all of the foregoing, <br /> shall remain in effect and be binding upon the Trustee, the Registrar, the Authenticating Agents, <br /> Paying Agents and the Holders notwithstanding the release and discharge of this Indenture. The <br /> provisions of this Article shall survive the release, discharge and satisfaction of this Indenture. <br /> The obligations of the Borrower to pay the Trustee its fees and expenses hereunder shall survive <br /> the release, discharge and satisfaction of this Indenture. <br /> (End of Article IX) <br /> -60 - <br />
