The 30-day clock is now running after
which the Commission may consider a bid
that does not meet the specifications.
Mr. Varner commented that he would like to
work with Whiteman Petrie to reach an
equitable solution for both parties.
(2) Receipt of Bids for disposition of 1527 S.
Kemble St.
There was one envelope received related to
1527 S. Kemble. Ms. Phipps opened the
envelope containing the following bid:
6
