SCITY OF SOUTH BEND OFFICE OF THE CLERK <br /> Committee Chair Karen L. White made a suggestion to the presenters to gather more information <br /> and schedule more meetings with the Committee and Council Members for further discussion of <br /> all of the projects that have been identified. <br /> Committee Chair Karen L. White turned the meeting over to the Council for any further questions <br /> or concerns regarding the presentation from the Community Investment Department. <br /> Councilmember Tim Scott spoke about the concerns that he has with some of the projects that <br /> were presented during the presentation from the Community Investment Department. <br /> Councilmember Sharon L. McBride also spoke about her concerns with some of the projects that <br /> were presented in regard to the funding for them. <br /> Committee Chair Karen L. White turned the meeting to the public for anyone wishing to ask any <br /> questions regarding the presentation from the Community Investment Department. <br /> Jordan Giger, 602 S. Edison Street, South Bend, IN spoke about concerns that he has about the <br /> exact dollar amount of monies that was allocated and set aside for the Home Repair & Rehab <br /> Program. <br /> Mr. Parker addressed the questions that Mr. Giger has. <br /> Ann Mannix, 724 W. Washington Street, South Bend, IN spoke about the presentation of <br /> neighborhood projects from the Community Investment Department, stating that she believes that <br /> the three (3) different areas of the presentation had to do with the technical component, where the <br /> funding for the projects will come from and then the planning aspect of it to be able to complete <br /> the projects. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> ca....-e—A---'0,0" <br /> Karen L.
