Purchasing a new Marley floor is necessary <br />to replace the current floor which is over 22 years old and <br />has deteriorated beyond a useable state. <br />$ 7,500.00 Bistro Chairs. Chairs are needed for the Morns Bistro to <br />accommodate the increased dining patrons in the space. <br />$11,000.00 Heat Pumps. New heat pumps are needed in the box office <br />area to maintain the temperature of the space for patrons <br />and employees. The current heat pumps are more than 20 <br />years old, have exceeded their life expectancy, and are no <br />longer operating efficiently. <br />$25,000.00 Portable Concession Stands. New, portable concession <br />stands are needed to keep pace with the ever-changing <br />needs of the Morns Performing Arts Center. Portable <br />concession stands in the Morns lobby will allow us to <br />better serve refreshments to our patrons. The portable <br />concession stands can be moved to accommodate <br />promoters or other facility Lessees who wish to have them <br />located elsewhere during their event. <br />The Morns Performing Arts Center requests the Council's approval of this Ordinance that will <br />benefit the City and its citizens. <br />Sincerely, <br />~. <br />Dennis J.
