Mr. Nimtz dis- qual'fied himself concerning this claim and placed Commissioner Robinson in the chair. Upon a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded by . Auburn and carried, the claim for Sou old Heritage Foundation, Inc. that was previously signed was formally approved and the check dated April 13, 1983 was orde ed to be released. Mr. Nimtz resumed the chair. Upon a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded by Piasecki and carried, the Commission formilly approved the claims previously signed with checks dated April 27, May 4 and May 11, 1983 and ordered the checks to be released.
