Conuission approval requested for Executive Director to execute Proclaimer Certificate No. 8, establishing the fair market value for ro - ert to be acquired in the Central Downtown Urban Renewal Area (Indiana R -66). Kolata explained that this is a small pied Mrs. of land in the Inwoods block along the service drive. Appraisals have been completed on this piece of property and this proclaimer certifica- would set the approved acquisition price.
